About Nancy Jester

Nancy and Stanley Jester are the proud parents of three energetic children. Prior to being elected to the DeKalb County Board of Education, Nancy was a "full-time mom" dedicated to volunteering at schools and improving education for all children. She is an elder at her church, Shallowford Presbyterian. Before starting her family, Nancy worked as an actuarial consultant. She earned a bachelor's degree in Economics with honors from The University of Alaska Fairbanks. Nancy enjoys reading about history, economics and keeping up with current events.
