End of Year Round-up

I just updated my website and posted a new blog entry. Click here to go to the blog page on my website. I also updated the "links" tab with the link to Chamblee Charter High School's construction website. The site has renderings of the new high school design. Click here to go directly to the construction page.

On my blog I link to an article I think is insightful about school system bureaucracy size and centralization by a former Stanford and UCLA business professor, William Ouchi. Click here for the article. Let me know what you think about it.

I will update my website with the Board's meeting schedule for 2012 once it is approved for release.

There have been a number of terrific accomplishments by schools around the district and I highlighted some of those on my blog as well. If you know of a school or group that I can recognize for an accomplishment, an event, an award, etc. please drop me a line with the details so I can post it.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you. I wish you all a safe, joyous and peaceful holiday season!
